As the most extensive network of Product experts in the news industry, we connect members from all types of news organizations, providing access to new insights, resources and opportunities for collaboration!
We hold space for topical and localized initiatives to thrive within the larger community with dedicated Slack channels and by hosting community events!
We uplift emerging product thinkers by providing training, coaching, mentorship, and scholarship opportunities specific to members’ contexts and initiatives. Through our free mentorship and training programs, we’ve connected more than 250 members with coaches to support them in their product careers and you can help us do more.
Our connections and job boards assist local news hiring managers in finding the most suitable product talent for their organizations. Additionally, they support community members in their job search process by connecting them with local hiring managers and providing them with transparent information that enables them to compare their opportunities against market trends.
Connections created and supported by the NPA community help members avoid burnout and isolation, preventing an exodus of talented and tech-savvy professionals from the industry.
